Today

Fact: I accidentally locked my bike lock around someone else's lock, and I got out of class to discover a note on my bike that read: You locked your bike to mine. Pay attention!

I dont really pay attention to anything going on around me. I have this planet that my mind wanders to. Dont be offended if you say hi to me and I look right through you...I'm probably far off in space somewhere.

Two Thousand and Nine.

Its 11:13pm on Monday, February 2nd, 2009. Its 2009 already? WHAT! Jesus. I never thought I'd actually be writing 2009 on anything, let alone actually be living in 2009. Not that I was expecting to cease to exist before I saw the day, but still its weird. I remember back in grade school when we'd make those time capsule things that were to be sealed and not opened until 2009. That seemed like light years away, but oh wait, the time has come. I don't even remember what would be in my time capsule. Probably a drawing of myself in a house with a husband and some kids. Thats what I used to see as the ideal life for myself. I still see it that way, but thats not all that I want anymore. I guess I grew up. College has been quite the time. Four years definitely went by in the blink of an eye. The last four years of my life have been a roller coaster ride. I found who I was, and I met some people I know will be a part of my life for the rest of it. I broke free of the chains that kept me at home, and I flew far away, to Italy, where I lived for five months, and learned what the word "independence" really meant. Freshman year seems like it was a really long time ago. I have a really bad memory when it comes to things I want to remember. I'm going to miss the random people that made college
so entertaining.
I just ate a bean and cheese burrito from taco bell. I specifically said 'no sauce and no onions'. Much to my suprise, there were a plethora of tomatoes amongst the beans and cheese. Tomatoes. WHY?!?! I hate tomatoes. I didn't think bean and cheese burritos included tomatoes, but apparently they do.
